Modes of Fashion Wardrobe Styling Services Terms and Conditions Policies
1. Consultations:
All wardrobe styling services begin with a consultation. Consultations will be conducted virtually or over the phone, as agreed upon by both parties.
2. Service Fees:
Fees for wardrobe styling services are outlined in the service agreement. Payment is due according to the agreed-upon schedule, and any outstanding balances must be settled before the delivery of final services.
3. Expenses:
Clients are responsible for reimbursing the stylist for any agreed-upon expenses incurred during the wardrobe styling process, such as travel and parking, or ad hoc shopping expenses.
4. Booking and Cancellation:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking for wardrobe styling services. Appointment cancellations made by the client within 7 days of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Client's Responsibilities:
Clients are required to provide access to their wardrobe and be available for scheduled appointments. It is the client's responsibility to communicate preferences, needs, and any relevant information during the styling process.
6. Confidentiality:
All information shared during consultations and the styling process is treated with strict confidentiality. The stylist will not disclose any personal or wardrobe information without the explicit consent of the client.
7. Ownership of Items:
Clothing items and accessories purchased during the styling process belong to the client. The stylist does not claim ownership of any items.
8. Image Release:
With the client's consent, before-and-after photos or images from the styling process may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, the stylist's website, social media, and marketing materials.
9. Liability:
While every effort is made to handle clothing items and accessories with care, the stylist is not liable for any damage that may occur during the styling process. Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns promptly.
10. Termination of Agreement:
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement if there is a breach of terms. The termination process and any associated fees will be outlined in the service agreement.
11. Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.
12. Governing Law:
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan. Any legal action arising out of this agreement shall be filed in the appropriate court located within the State of Michigan.
13. Changes to Policies:
The stylist reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions policies. Clients will be notified of any changes, and the updated policies will be effective for all future engagements.
